KIIT Entrance Exam

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam (KIIT) is conducted by Kalinga Institute of Technology which is a premier institute in Orissa. This university was granted the status of university by HRD Government of India. It is conducted for students who want to seek admission for various PG course offered by the university. Apart from the entrance exam, students also have to undergo GDPI that is conducted by the university.

GAT PGT Exam

GITAM University Admission Test for Post Graduate Test (GAT PGT) is an entrance exam that is conducted for students who want to seek admission for PG course in technical programs. It is an online test, so it is mandatory that students must know basic knowledge of computer. GITAM university is a deemed university and is recognized by UGC.

Examination Pattern:

·         Part III:  Consists of  30 questions from Verbal Ability
All the questions are objective type question with the time duration of 2hrs. For every right answer candidate will gain 3 marks and for wrongs there is 1 negative mark.

Candidate can download the application form through university website www.gitam.edu. And submit the application form along with the DD of Rs 1000/- under the favor of GITAM University.
Candidate can also obtain the application form from selected branches of Union Bank of India and Indian Bank. It can also be obtained through post by paying DD of Rs 1,100 under the favor of GITAM University.

LUCSAT Exam

Lucknow University Computer Science Admission Test (LUCSAT) is an entrance exam conducted for students who want seek admission for the PG course in Computer Application. This exam is conducted under the guidance of Department of Computer Science of Lucknow University and the admission is done through counseling.

IIT Madras HSEE

Humanities and Social Science Entrance Exam (HSEE) is conducted by IIT Madras. It is an online test conducted for students to seek admission in 5yrs integrated masters program.  IIT Madras is a premier institute in India and is also recognized by Government of India.  Admission for the course is purely based on the scores from HSEE. It is an online exam conducted by the institution in various centers across India.

Eligibility:
Students who want to appear for the HSEE have to complete all the eligibility criteria.
·         Candidate should have 12th passing certificate with at least 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized state board.

Examination Pattern:

Part 2:

GMAT Entrance Exam

Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) is an entrance exam which is conducted to test the English and Mathematical skills of students.  The scores of this test are accepted by institution from 81 countries and is internationally recognized exam.  Apart from it there Computer Adaptive Test which conducted for entrepreneurs and managers for the business management PG course. Apart from GMAT scores students are also selected on the basis of GDPI conducted by private institutions.

·         Analytical Writing Assessment: Candidate has to answer this section in two parts. One is for analyzing any issues and 2nd is for analyzing on any argument. Every part has to be answered in 30 minutes.
·         Quantitative Section: There will be 37 multiple type questions consists of Data Sufficiency and Problem Solving and time will be allotted is of 75 min to complete both the sections
·         Verbal Section: There will be 41 multiple questions from Reading Comprehension, Critical Comprehension and Sentence Correction and 75 min will be allotted to complete all the sections.

ASSO CET Exam

Association of Managements of Unaided Private Medical and Dental College (AMUPMDC) is located in Mumbai, (Maharashtra) conducts entrance exam for students who want to seek admission in medical and dental course offered by all the private and government medical colleges.

BEEE Exam

Bharath University Engineering Entrance Exam (BEEE) is entrance exam conducted for students to seek admission UG and PG courses in engineering field. This entrance exam is conducted by Bahrath University for twice a year in the month of April and May.

SNAP Test

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) tests is the entrance exam that is conducted by Symbiosis International University (SUI) for the postgraduate courses in offered by this university. Students who want to seek admission for any of the PG course should appear for the SNAP test. PG courses that are offered by SIU are M Sc and MBA in various branches.
Eligibility:

AUCET Exam

Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) is conducted for undergraduate and postgraduate courses Medical and Engineering course. The scores of this test are accepted by all the medical and engineering colleges affiliated to Andhra University. Courses for which the entrance exam is conducted are M.Sc, MA, MS, and B Ed, M Com and other medical and engineering courses.
Eligibility:
Students who want to apply for the AUCET exam have to complete all the eligibility criteria:
For M.Sc:
·         Candidate who wants seek admission for M Sc should have bachelors degree with at least 55% from any recognized university in Andhra Pradesh or other state.
·         Candidate who is in final year exam or waiting for the result can also apply for the test.
For M.A:
·         Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in Arts stream from any recognized university with at least 55%.
All the masters’ course that is offered by the university has same eligibility criteria.
Examination Pattern:
The examination pattern for the AUCET is divided into 3 parts with objective type of multiple questions with every question having 4 options. There are total 90 questions including all the 3 sections:
·         Part 1: 40 questions
·         Part 2: 30 questions
·         Part 3: 30 questions
Application Form:
The application form can be obtained through post from Director Directorate of Admissions by sending the DD of Rs 325/- drawn from nationalized bank. The application form can also be downloaded through college website and the fees can be paid through online by credit card.

CBSE PMT Exam

Central Board of Secondary Exam Pre-Medical Test (CBSE PMT)  which is also known as the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) under the guidance of CBSE is conducted for students who want to seek admission in Medical or Dental course offered medical colleges which is recognized  university and state government across India. This entrance exam is conducted in two stages such as Preliminary Exam and Final Exam.
Eligibility:
Students who want appear for the entrance exam should have to complete all the eligibility criteria that are necessary:
·         The candidates are allowed to appear at least 3 times.
·         Candidate should pass 10+2 from any recognized board or any pre-medical recognition board with at least 50% marks.
·         Candidate who are currently appearing for final exam or waiting for the result can also apply for the test. However, it is mandatory that they should submit the result or else the admission will be cancelled.
Examination Pattern:
The exam for the CBSE PMT exam is divided into 2 stages Preliminary and Final exam:
Preliminary Exam:
·         There will be 200 multiple types of objective questions and students have tick the answer in machine gradable sheet.
·         Candidates will be asked from PCB where Physics and Chemistry questions will be of 50 questions and Biology will consist of 100 questions.
·         the exam duration is of 3hrs
Final Exam:  Candidate who has successfully appeared for the first stage is only allowed to sit for the second:
·         There will be 2 papers with objective type questions
·         Paper one will be from Physics and Chemistry
·         Paper two from  Biology and Zoology
·          The time duration is of 2 hrs.
Application Procedure:
The application form can be obtained through post or from Board counter by request and paying DD of Rs 850/- and for SC/ST Rs 500/-  under the name of Secretary of  Central Board.  The application form can also be downloaded through board website www.cbse.nic.in  with the payment of Rs 800/-.

IIT JEE

Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam (IIT JEE) is conducted by IIT for the admission in engineering and technology. IIT is the most prestigious institute in India offering engineering and technology course and plays major role in offering best students to Indian technology.  It offers undergraduate courses that are also offered by other IIT’s in India and the score of this test are accepted by other IIT.
Eligibility:
·         Candidate who wants to seek admission for undergraduate course for engineering and technology should be 10+2 pass out with at least 55% from any recognized board.
·         Candidate who have competed diploma course from any institute recognized from AICTE.
·          Candidate who has successfully passed out from screening test conducted by JEE.
Examination Pattern:
·         Candidates appearing for IIT JEE have to answer paper which is divided into 2 sections for 3 hrs of duration. Both papers consists of objective type multiple questions from PCM.
·         Candidate should not answer more than one answer for any questions or else it would be considered as wrong.
·          Students who are seeking admission for B Arch and B Des should appear for separate Aptitude test which is conducted on the time of counseling
·         Paper is conducted in both Hindi and English subject.
Application Procedure:
The application form for the IIT JEE can be obtained from any center of IIT or any of the  selected bank branch with the payment of Rs 1000/-and for SC/ST Rs 500/-. The application form can also be downloaded through online website of the JEE website. Candidate can pay the examination fee through credit card or debit card.
The application form can be submitted through registered post or to Union Bank of India if you are a resident of New Delhi.

Maharashtra CET

Maharashtra Combined Entrance Exam (MHT CET) is conducted under the guidance of Maharashtra Government for students to seek admission for health science, engineering and pharmacy for undergraduate courses in any of the government aided colleges.

·         Candidates are allowed to appear for MHT CET for at least 3 times to cleared out.
·         Candidate who wants to seek admission for BUMS should take up Urdu as the subject in senior secondary level.
·         Students from outside Maharashtra should bring domicile certificate along.
Examination Pattern:
Students appearing for the MHT CET exam has to answer paper which consists of objective type multiple questions in 1 ½ hrs of timing with every subject with 50 marks each. Paper is divided into 3 sections:
·         Paper I:  Physics and Chemistry
·         Paper II:  Biology
·         Paper III:  Mathematics
Application Procedure:
The application form for the MHT CET can be obtained from junior college of senior college by paying Rs 700/- also for examination fees.   The fees should be paid though DD under the favor of Competent MHT CET from nay Scheduled bank. The application form can be filled under the instruction of principal of college.
The application for medical and health science should send to the principal of the junior college before scheduled date.
