Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) is conducted for undergraduate and postgraduate courses Medical and Engineering course. The scores of this test are accepted by all the medical and engineering colleges affiliated to Andhra University. Courses for which the entrance exam is conducted are M.Sc, MA, MS, and B Ed, M Com and other medical and engineering courses.
Eligibility:
Students who want to apply for the AUCET exam have to complete all the eligibility criteria:
For M.Sc:
· Candidate who wants seek admission for M Sc should have bachelors degree with at least 55% from any recognized university in Andhra Pradesh or other state.
· Candidate who is in final year exam or waiting for the result can also apply for the test.
For M.A:
· Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in Arts stream from any recognized university with at least 55%.
All the masters’ course that is offered by the university has same eligibility criteria.
Examination Pattern:
The examination pattern for the AUCET is divided into 3 parts with objective type of multiple questions with every question having 4 options. There are total 90 questions including all the 3 sections:
· Part 1: 40 questions
· Part 2: 30 questions
· Part 3: 30 questions
Application Form:
The application form can be obtained through post from Director Directorate of Admissions by sending the DD of Rs 325/- drawn from nationalized bank. The application form can also be downloaded through college website and the fees can be paid through online by credit card.
