Maharashtra CET

Maharashtra Combined Entrance Exam (MHT CET) is conducted under the guidance of Maharashtra Government for students to seek admission for health science, engineering and pharmacy for undergraduate courses in any of the government aided colleges.
Courses for which this test is conducted for course like:
·         B.Tech
·         BAMS
·         BUMS
·         BDS
·         MBBS
·         B Sc
·         B.Pharm
Eligibility:
·         Student who wants to seek admission for any of the bachelor’s course in medical, engineering or pharmacy should be 10+2 pass out with at least 55% marks in PCM from recognized board.
·         Candidate must not be more than 17 yrs of age to seek admission in medical course
·         Candidates are allowed to appear for MHT CET for at least 3 times to cleared out.
·         Candidate who wants to seek admission for BUMS should take up Urdu as the subject in senior secondary level.
·         Students from outside Maharashtra should bring domicile certificate along.
Examination Pattern:
Students appearing for the MHT CET exam has to answer paper which consists of objective type multiple questions in 1 ½ hrs of timing with every subject with 50 marks each. Paper is divided into 3 sections:
·         Paper I:  Physics and Chemistry
·         Paper II:  Biology
·         Paper III:  Mathematics
Application Procedure:
The application form for the MHT CET can be obtained from junior college of senior college by paying Rs 700/- also for examination fees.   The fees should be paid though DD under the favor of Competent MHT CET from nay Scheduled bank. The application form can be filled under the instruction of principal of college.
The application for medical and health science should send to the principal of the junior college before scheduled date.
