Central Police Force Examination (CPF)

The Central Police Force Examination (CPF) is being conducted by UPSC for the recruitment of Assistant Commandant for the various positions in CPF, Border Security Force (BSF), CRPF, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Sashastra Seema Bal .This examination is the most important and toughest exam for which thousands of students apply and only few get successful in the examination.
Eligibility for CPF examination:
·         Candidate appearing for the exam should be graduated with at least 55% from university which is recognized and approved under Parliament Act and should also be Deemed University. Apart from that, the university should be approved by UGC Act 1956.
·         Candidate appearing for final exam can also apply for the exam but has to submit the desired letter in such case or should submit the passing certificate before the admission begins.
·         Candidate’s age should be 21
·         Candidate have to appear for  Medical Standard Test, Written Test and Physical Efficiency Test
Application Procedure:
Candidate has to obtain the Common Application Form which offered by UPSC and can be obtained from various post and head offices by paying Rs 20/-. Apart from that the application form can also be downloaded from http://www.upsconline.nic.in  and submit the same with all the documents to, The Secretary, UPSC, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi
