NIFTEM will be hosting workshop in March 2014



National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) will be conducting a national workshop on 25 March, 2014.

The topic for the workshop is Dehydration of Food and Agricultural Products: Principles, practices & prospects.  This workshop will be a great opportunity for aspiring candidates to interact with professional who work in the field of drying of food and agricultural products. 

Individual working in food industry, laboratory instrument manufacturer, consultants, faculty members and similar industry can participate in this workshop. NIFTEM also invites research papers from the participants and selected papers will also be considered for publication in edited book form.
