Indian Institute of Craft and Design (IICD) was established by Government of Rajasthan and is the autonomous institute in India. This institute was established to develop handicraft industry in India. The Ambuja Educational Institute is the one that finance these institutes and plays a major role in developing handicraft industry. The syllabus provided by this institute gives a good base and concept for students in the field of designing. The main focus of this institute is to provide concept of designing in technology and management area.
