Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) is one of the reputed media related institute in India. This institute offers all the PG and Diploma course in film and television technical related area. FTII is Government approved and is also being recognized by AICTE. The FTII entrance exam is conducted for the admission in for PG and diploma, certificate course like:
· 3 yr PG course
· 2yr PG
· 1 ½ yr Certificate course
· 1 yr certificate course
Eligibility criteria:
· Candidate taking up any of the course have to get into merit list in the entrance exam conducted by institute. To appear for the entrance exam candidate should be graduated with at least 55% marks from AICTE approved university.
· Candidate must be graduated in area like Architecture, Painting, Applied Arts, Interior designing and Arts related UG course.
· Candidate should have taken up Physics subject in higher secondary level.
· Candidate also has to appear for GDPI session to complete the eligibility procedure.
Admission procedure:
The application form along with prospectus can be obtained post by paying DD of Rs 2000/- and for SC/ST students Rs 1650/- . The DD should be drawn from any of the nationalized bank drawn under the favor of “Account Officer, FTII, and Pune. The form should be sent before the due date or else admission will be cancelled.
