University of Calicut

University of Calicut was established in 1968 and is the affiliating university in Kerala.  The campus of this university is located in Mallappuram.  It is offers distance education by opening its two more campus in Trichur and Calicut.  The university is known for its quality education in social science, language and arts & literature of Kerala.

There are 100 colleges in Kerala that are affiliated to this university. All these universities offer courses in law, engineering, technology, management and other from other fields. University also offers professional courses like hotel management, mass medical, social work, library and information science.  All its distance education centers provide all the facilities along with study material for its students.
