NIMS University Entrance Exam

National Institute of Medical and Science (NIMS) entrance exam is an All India Combined Pre Medical /Dental exam is conducted for students who want to seek admission in medicine and dental course. Students have to appear for this exam to get qualified for the Medical and Science course in any of the Rajasthan Private or Government College. Apart from Medical and Dental course, NIMS also offers various courses in different streams.


Eligibility:

Students who want to get admission in Dental and Science course has to appear for the NIMS entrance exam and the eligibility criteria for this exam are:

• Candidate should pass 10+2 exam or equivalent to it from any recognized board with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

• Candidate must not be more than 17yrs of age

Examination Pattern:

The exam pattern for NIMS consists of 3 sections:

• Physics

• Biology

• Chemistry

Candidates will be asked 200 questions and there will be 50 questions from Physics and Chemistry and 100 questions from Biology. There are multiple objective type questions. Candidates have to mark the correct answer in separate OMR sheet. There are negative markings for every wrong answer. Candidate has to answer the entire question in 2 ½ hrs.

Application Procedure:

The application form for NIMS can be obtained from NIMS University by paying DD of Rs 1900/- drawn under the favor of NIMS University.

The filled form should be sent with speed post to the Controller of NIMS exam.
