Madhya Pradesh Pre-Engineering Entrance Test (MP PET) is an annually entrance exam conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board for students who want to seek admission in undergraduate course in Architecture, Engineering and Technology. The scores of this exam are also accepted in other private and Government colleges in MP.
Eligibility:
Students who want to seek admission in undergraduate courses must appear for the entrance exam that is conducted by MP board. There are some eligibility criteria for this exam:
• Candidate must be 10+2 pass out with at least 55% from any recognized board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
• Candidate who has passed out diploma in any of the engineering branch from MP Board of Technical Bhopal/Rajiv Gandhi Technical University are also eligible for the exam.
• Candidate who is appearing for 12th exam can also apply for this entrance exam.
• Candidate’s age must not be more than 21 yrs of age.
Examination Pattern:
The paper pattern for MP PET is generally objective types multiple questions. The total marks for the test is 300 marks. candidates are required to answer one answer against every question and more than one answer will be considered as the wrong answer. Questions will be asked from:
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
Application Procedure:
The application form can be downloaded from the website www.mponline.gov.in with the examination fees of Rs 600/-. The application form can also be obtained by post by paying DD of the same and the duly filled form should be sent to the Director of DTE before the due date.
