GMAT Entrance Exam

Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) is an entrance exam which is conducted to test the English and Mathematical skills of students.  The scores of this test are accepted by institution from 81 countries and is internationally recognized exam.  Apart from it there Computer Adaptive Test which conducted for entrepreneurs and managers for the business management PG course. Apart from GMAT scores students are also selected on the basis of GDPI conducted by private institutions.

Eligibility:
There are no particular eligibility criteria for the GMAT exam. Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
Examination Pattern:
Candidate appearing for the GMAT exam have to answer three sections of paper:
·         Analytical Writing Assessment: Candidate has to answer this section in two parts. One is for analyzing any issues and 2nd is for analyzing on any argument. Every part has to be answered in 30 minutes.
·         Quantitative Section: There will be 37 multiple type questions consists of Data Sufficiency and Problem Solving and time will be allotted is of 75 min to complete both the sections
·         Verbal Section: There will be 41 multiple questions from Reading Comprehension, Critical Comprehension and Sentence Correction and 75 min will be allotted to complete all the sections.
Application Procedure:
Candidate who wants to appear for GMAT exam should select the exam center. Candidate should contact CITO to book for the exam. Candidate can apply for the application form through post by paying DD to the exam conductor. The application form can also be downloaded thorough online.
To get registered you can register yourself through online, phone or by fax or mail. It also depends on to which program are seeking admission for.
