National Institute of Finance Management (NIFM)

The National Institute of Finance Management (NIFM) was established in 1993 in Faridabad (Haryana) and is the most respected management institute in India.  This institute was formed under the approval of Ministry of Finance and Union Cabinet. It is an autonomous institute which offers UG, PG and Doctorate courses in Financial Management.  This institute is being run by Governing Body which is appointed by the committee of the Cabinet.
NIFT is affiliated to AICTE and has got recognition from Government of India. Due to its continuous appreciation in the field of finance and management, it also has collaborated with International institutes for exchange of lecturer for seminars and syllabus.
Courses offered:
PG Diploma:
·         Public Financial Management (PGDPFM)
PG:
·         Executive Program in Capital Marketing (PGEPCM)
Doctorate:
·         Fellow Program in Management (FPM)
Apart from above mentioned courses, NIFM also offers International and Executive MBA.
Eligibility Criteria:
·         Candidate taking up PGDPFM course then should be graduated with 50% marks from recognized university.
·         Candidate taking up PG course in Capital Marketing should be graduted from recognized university with 50% marks and also should have 3 yrs work experience.
·         Candidate taking up Doctorate course must have Master’s degree with at least 55% marks from recognized university.
·         Candidates have to appear for NET/JRF entrance exam for seeking admission in doctorate course. Apart from that they also have to appear for GD/PI.

The application form can be obtained from the NIFM office or by downloading the form from its website http://www.nifm.ac.in  by paying Rs 1200/- through DD under the favor of NIFM at Faridabad, Haryana.
