Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education

Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) is a recognized university in India. This university was established by partnership between Government of Sikkim and Manipal Education. This university is being recognized by UGC and is also the member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU).  This university offers various courses and there are different institutions that are built in the same campus. Such as:

Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education is being recognized by Directorate of Distance Education (DDE). It offers all the major medical and management courses in UG and PG level courses.  There are more than 700 universities to which it has started its learning centers. Currently, there are 3 lakh students who are studying under distance education courses.  The distance education for Sikkim Manipal is also offered for overseas students with 25 learning centers.

Application Procedure for Manipal University Distance Education:

Candidates can obtain the application form from their nearest learning centers. Also students can download the form its website http://www.smude.edu.in .  After filling up the form students should the course fee along other essential enclosure to the learning center. The course fee should be paid in DD drawn under the favor of Sikkim Manipal University, DE.
