Pre-medical Entrance Test (PMET) is an entrance exam that is conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Science for students who want seek admission for the undergraduate course in various medical field. This exam is conducted under the guidance of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and Punjab.

Courses Offered:

·         BAMS

·         BDS

·         MBBS

·         BHMS

Eligibility:

There are some eligibility criteria for students who want to appear for the exam:

·         Candidate who wants to seek admission for the MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS should be 12^th pass with at least 50% marks in PCB from any recognized state board.

·         Candidate’s age should not be more than 17 yrs.

·         Candidate who is appearing for the final exam can also apply for the test.

Examination Pattern:

Candidate appearing for the exam have answer multiple type objective questions. All the questions will be consisting of PCB and English. There is negative marking for every wrong answer.

Application Procedure:

The application form can be obtained from counter of the university and from selected branches of Canara Bank along with the cash payment of Rs 1000/-.

Candidate can also request the same through post by sending DD of Rs 1050/- under the favor of Registrar of Baba Farid University.
